How does Khrisjoy Returns Policy work?
Khrisjoy aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can definitely return your order.
How can I return my order?
You have 30 days from your order delivery to request to return it.
In case you want to return your item, please follow the following steps:
- to start your return procedure, please click here;
- as soon as you complete your return procedure, you will receive a prepaid DHL shipping label via email;
- put the Khrisjoy garment - which must be mandatorily unworn and complete of tag and polybag - inside a box, and apply the shipping label;
- drop off your return at any DHL Servicepoint.
Our team will readily execute quality control activities once the package gets back to our warehouse. As soon as they confirm the product quality standards, we will immediately proceed with the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that in case your return doesn’t satisfy the quality standards, we will reserve the right to send it back.
Are returns free?
In case you want to return your order, we will cover all the shipping costs.
How long does a return take to process?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow around 5-7 business days to receive your refund. If you should not receive updates after 10 business days, please feel free to Contact us for further assistance.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
In case your Khrisjoy garment is damaged or defective at its arrival, please feel free to Contact us. Once the product condition is confirmed, we will immediately proceed with the replacement of your item.
Even in case your Khrisjoy garment becomes spontaneously damaged, please feel free to Contact us. We will work closely with our product team to find the best solution, such as replacing the damaged parts or the entire item.
